Like her jab except her fist is glowing. Startup: 5 / Advantage: +4 Block, +5 Hit You can do a couple of walking jabs since it does have frame advantage, and links into c.mp. But, on tall opponents, it can stop them from jumping over and starting a crossup as her jabs will pin them down. Since Rose is so tall, it can whiff small crouching opponents which is a bad thing.
